We highly suggest renting a car so you can explore Todos Santos and Cerritos area, Taxi's are hard to come by quickly in town and there are no Ubers/Lyfts in Todos Santos. Downtown Todos Santos has restaurants and shops within walking distance, just not walking distance to the beach. Cerritos is directly on the beach and has restaurants and shops within walking distance. If you are coming to truly unplug and relax at the hotel the whole time then you wouldn't need a rental car.
